How quickly will my patient be seen?
Most referrals are scheduled within the week, and urgent cases are prioritized. Let us know the urgency when you send the referral and we'll expedite.
What information should I include?
A completed referral form, relevant clinical notes, and any imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT) reports. The more we have up front, the smoother the first visit.
Which insurance plans do you accept?
We accept the vast majority of PPO and HMO plans across the region. If you're unsure about a specific plan, call our referral desk and we'll confirm.
