Request an appointment online through our Request an Appointment page, or call our scheduling team at (661) 544-3352. Same-week consultations are often available.

Most new patients are scheduled within the same week, and urgent injuries are prioritized. Let our team know your situation when you call and we'll find the earliest opening.
-
We accept the vast majority of PPO and HMO plans across the region — roughly 99% of the patients we see. If you're unsure about a specific plan, our team will verify your coverage before your visit. Please see “Insurance Accepted” section in the Patient Resources for specific insurances accepted.
-
It depends on your insurance. HMO plans typically require a referral from your primary care physician; PPO plans usually don't. If you're not sure, we'll help you sort it out when you call.
-
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card(s), and any recent imaging (X-ray, MRI, or CT) on disc or as a printed report. Arriving a few minutes early to complete paperwork helps your visit run smoothly.

All three share the same scheduling line: (661) 544-3352, Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Please make sure of the campus location and provider name before coming to your appointment.
-
Yes. From weekend athletes to workplace injuries, our fellowship-trained team treats the full range of bone, joint, and soft-tissue injuries — with both non-surgical and surgical care.
-
Not necessarily. We exhaust conservative, non-surgical options — physical therapy, injections, bracing, and medication — whenever appropriate, and recommend surgery only when it's truly the best path to relief. We'll always explain why.
